“All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of thing shall be well”
— Julian of Norwich

I’m a neurodivergent Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (in practice since Spring of 2022), National Certified Counselor, and Qualified Professional in Outdoor Behavioral Healthcare, with fifteen years of experience guiding pre-teens, teens, and adults through life’s biggest pivots—honoring identity questions, restructuring relationships, processing grief, navigating cultural or spiritual shifts, discerning career changes, and making meaning.

I’m especially passionate about supporting helping professionals facing burnout and vicarious trauma, knowing that their wellbeing directly impacts those that they serve. I present a sex-positive lens, holding space for the healthy exploration of sexuality, identity, and connection without shame. I strive to cultivate communities where diversity is affirmed and can thrive. I believe that, for my part, this requires a life-long commitment to cultural humility, self-reflection, accountability, and advocacy.

My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and rooted in the therapeutic relationship. I aim to foster healing through authenticity while bolstering clients to build deep, meaningful connections. I bring a level of curiosity, creativity, and enthusiasm well-befitting a “neurospicy” professional, and I understand from experience that different brains need different approaches to learn and heal. I offer sessions in-office, outdoors, and virtually, working with ages 7 and up, with close attention to developmentally appropriate engagement.

My clients are invited to explore through walk and talk, ecotherapy, artistic expression, guided imagery, somatic awareness, values inventory, narrative reframing, parts-work, etc.—whatever best fits your brain and lifestyle! I am EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) trained, and I weave bilateral stimulation, cognitive restructuring, behavioral activation, acceptance and commitment, and experiential psychoeducation, into my integrative approach. I strive to cultivate a brave space for clients to receive affirming and empowering care.

Feel free to reach out to schedule a consultation call to see if we could be a good fit!
