Scheduling and fees 

To remain in compliance with the agreements of our respective licensure boards, our licensed therapists can only see clients for tele-health who are located in the state of North Carolina. However, our trauma-informed somatic practitioner, Lauren, can see clients locally in person and remotely from all over the world.

by appointment only - therapists make their own schedules

and have varying availability

Private Pay Session Fees are usually (unless otherwise notified)… 

individual therapy: 140/hour

relational therapy: 165/hour

somatic sessions: 125/hour

Each therapist may have sliding scale options available. Please inquire with them directly through their profile about this option. All of our licensed therapists accept most BCBS, Aetna, Ambetter, and Medcost insurance plans. A few of our providers also take United insurance. Insurances accepted are listed in each provider’s respective profile.
