Hi, and welcome. I’m Todd DeHart (he/they) and I am glad you’re here. Whether our work together involves navigating challenging emotions or situations, challenges relating with others, intimacy and pleasure, or navigating changes of identity, I am committed to co-creating a space where we can safely move with your journey with wellness. My goal is to support you as you challenge yourself to grow in a gentle, affirming way.

In my counseling approach, I embrace discomfort to foster meaning, understanding, and transformation, inviting into awareness that which may have previously been unknown. Guided by curiosity, we’ll explore patterns that arise, areas of ambivalence, or feelings of being “stuck.” I have a direct, yet gentle, way of approaching therapy. I also strongly believe that humor has a place in the therapy room, alongside reflection, grace, and resilience. In our work together, we will explore how past experiences inform your current human experience.

I provide dedicated support to queer and marginalized communities, with an emphasis on holistic, sex-positive approaches. This means embracing diverse expressions of sexuality, including kink and BDSM, and fostering the healing and reclamation of healthy sexuality, including for those in recovery from chemsex.

My passion extends to working with both individuals and those in consensual non-monogamous or poly-identified relationships. I am also deeply committed to providing compassionate care for individuals grappling with suicidality, ensuring they feel seen, heard, and supported.
