Hi, I’m Jordan! I’m a Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate, and I find deep meaning in working with individuals and couples who are navigating relationship challenges, trauma, anxiety, perfectionism, or life transitions. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative and I focus on bringing compassion, honesty, and some humor into the room to create a space where you can feel safe, understood, and free to grow at your own pace. My approach is rooted in attachment theory and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) while weaving in somatic, experiential and feminist-informed practices to support deeper healing. Since 2017, I’ve supported people in wilderness therapy, inpatient care, and as co-founder of a youth and young adult mental health program—experiences that shape the heart and perspective that I will bring to our work together. My hope while I walk with you on this journey is to be a supportive guide into the process of connecting deeper with yourselves and others.

Specializations

Couples & Relationship Counseling
Relationships can be both our greatest source of joy and, at times, of hurt. Whether you’re feeling stuck in cycles of conflict, struggling with communication, or hoping to strengthen your bond, I work with couples to create deeper connection and understanding of each other and patterns in the relationship. I work from an attachment-based, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) lens to create space for all voices to be heard and for trust and intimacy to flourish.

Trauma & Attachment Healing
The effects of trauma and early attachment wounds can show up in unexpected ways—in how we relate, regulate emotions, or see ourselves. I provide a trauma-informed and compassionate space where you can safely process your story and begin to heal. Together, we’ll explore how your past experiences shape your present and move toward building a sense of safety, empowerment, and wholeness.

Life Transitions & Identity Exploration
Life rarely unfolds in a straight line. Stepping into ‘adulthood’, career shifts, family changes, and growth can all leave us feeling disoriented or uncertain. I help clients navigate these transitions with curiosity and compassion, making space for new possibilities and deeper self-understanding. Whether you’re facing big questions about identity, purpose, or belonging, we’ll work together to uncover clarity and direction.

Perfectionism, Anxiety & Stress Management
Anxiety and perfectionism can be exhausting, often keeping you stuck in worry, overwhelm, or self-doubt. In our work together, I’ll support you in finding practical strategies to manage stress, calm your nervous system, and cultivate balance. At the same time, we’ll look beneath the surface to understand the deeper roots of anxiety so you can experience lasting relief.

About Me

Having been a therapy client myself for most of my life, I can empathize with how vulnerable the process can feel- and that is why I believe in providing therapy that is nonjudgmental, compassionate, and rooted in the belief that growth happens in safe, supportive relationships. My work is guided by the values of authenticity, connection, and curiosity. I am committed to sex-positive therapy, affirming relationship therapy, and supporting LGBTQ+ and erotically marginalized individuals in spaces that honor their identities and lived experiences.

Outside the therapy room, I find joy in gardening, hiking, camping, and being with my dog, friends, and community. Creative outlets and time outdoors keep me grounded. What brings me joy and meaning is walking alongside people as they reconnect with their own strength, belonging, and capacity to create the relationships and life they want.
